The FlightScope Pro Package is an optional software add-on to the award-winning FlightScope Mevo+ launch monitor. It features access to the complete D-Plane data set for full swing sessions and chipping. The add-on includes 11 additional data parameters to go with the 20 data parameters included with the Mevo+ as standard.
The Pro Package is made possible by the addition of FlightScope’s patented Fusion Tracking technology, which was previously only available in the top-of-the-line X3 model. This patented combination of 3D Doppler radar tracking and synchronized image processing equates to more accurate data and improved performance, making the Mevo+ suitable for teaching professionals, golfers and club fitters.
Additional Data Parameters
The 11 additional data parameters included with the Pro Package center mainly around club data, and these include; face to path, face to target, dynamic loft, club path, vertical swing plane, horizontal swing plane, low point, vertical descent angle, curve, club speed profile and club acceleration profile.
Users will be able to make use of these additional parameters in all FlightScope applications and simulation options, such as E6 Connect.
So, while the standard Mevo+ tells you everything you need to know about the shot you have just hit, the Pro Package will be able to tell you exactly how you got there – enabling golfers to get an understanding of their complete swing like never before, while doubling as an invaluable tool for coaches.
Pricing
The Pro Package can be purchased as a software add-on with a Mevo+, or if you already own a Mevo+, the Pro Package can be purchased on its own. It typically retails for $1 000, although FlightScope runs a number of specials throughout the year where you may be able to purchase it at a discounted price.
It is worth noting that this is a one-time purchase, and there are no additional subscription or license fees associated with the Pro Package, or any FlightScope product or application.
Once you have made your purchase you will be provided with a Pro Package activation code via email. The activation process can be completed on the FS Golf App by clicking on the ‘Settings’ tab on the home page and going to ‘Add-ons’ – from where instructions will be provided to finish the installation.
The Pro Package purchase also includes the FS Golf PC Software, valued at $99, which enables you to take your swing and data analysis to the next level on your PC. This completely customizable experience allows users to see and select up to four views at the same time – so, for example, you would be able to see the trajectory view, radar data, acceleration profile and the 3D D-Plane animation on the same screen while using your Mevo+.
Considering the Mevo+ and Pro Package combination offers 31 data parameters in total, users will be able to access an incredible amount of performance data at a price point never seen before for a launch monitor that offers so much information.
