These Sales Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your purchase of products and/or services and support (“Product”) sold directly by FlightScope. Terms may vary for purchases from other resellers.

By placing your order for Product, you accept and are bound to these Terms. If you have placed an order but do not wish to be subject to these Terms, you must promptly cancel your order before it is processed and shipped, or return your purchase in accordance with FlightScope’s Return Policy (See below).

1. Payment Terms; Orders; Quote; Interest

Payment for the products can be made by credit card, check, wire transfer or some other prearranged payment method. Your order is subject to cancellation by FlightScope, in FlightScope’s sole discretion. FlightScope is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer by FlightScope and reserves the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

2. Shipping Charges; Taxes; Title; Risk of Loss

Shipping, handling and taxes are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Title to the Products(s) shall remain vested in FlightScope and shall not pass to Customer until the purchase price for Products(s) has been paid in full and received by FlightScope. Irrespective of title, risk including that of damage and loss in the Product(s) shall pass to Customer upon delivery to a carrier used by the Customer, or on delivery to the Customer if FlightScope appointed the carrier. Customer is responsible for sales and other taxes associated with the order, unless a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to your purchase of Product and the Product ship to location is provided. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates.

3. Warranties; Software; Support

FlightScope’s Warranties, Software, and Support Terms and Conditions can be found at http://flightscope.com/support/agreements/ or in the documentation FlightScope provides with the Product.

4. FlightScope Mevo Return Policy

FlightScope hardware may be returned for refund subject to a restocking fee within 3 calendar days from delivery date. No refunds will be processed after the 3 calendar day grace period. Customer must notify FlightScope within 3 days of the delivery date if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged, to arrange for refund or exchange. All refunds are subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. If a return is the result of an error by FlightScope the restocking fee will not apply. Products must be returned to FlightScope in their original packaging, and include all accessories, documentation and media that accompanied the delivery. Customer is responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging a Product.

5. FlightScope X-series Return Policy

FlightScope hardware may be returned within 14 days from the ship date for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling, and any applicable restocking fees. Product must be returned to FlightScope in its original or equivalent packaging. Customer is responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a FlightScope error, FlightScope may charge a restocking fee of up to 10% of the purchase price paid, plus any applicable sales tax.

6. Sales Terms and Conditions Modifications

FlightScope may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By placing an order you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms and Conditions.
