We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the FlightScope Family. Our company is seeking a Repair and Support Technician responsible for repairing, testing and troubleshooting FlightScope products used in golf and baseball, as well as supporting clients telephonically or remotely. We are looking for an individual who is efficient, can take direction, and is comfortable being a member of a team. This position will report directly to the Senior Technical Support Manager.


The ideal candidate:

- Is hardworking and maintains a positive attitude
- Has excellent Customer Service Skills
- Is a Critical thinker and problem solver
- Has knowledge of computers, operating systems, and networking
- Possesses strong written, verbal, and organization skills
- Previous experience troubleshooting preferred
- Speaks English fluently
- Basic knowledge of / interest in sports, specifically golf and/or baseball preferred, but not required
- Associates Degree in either Electrical Engineering or Information Technology preferred, but not required
