When users report any problem with their MyFlightScope account use the following check the account:
Paste his email at the end of the following link: http://ws.flightscope.com/dev/adm/email2pass.php?email=
The login details are:
If the email is not active (not created or not verified) you'll get the following error: 'email not exist as FS account'
If the account seems to be in order you can log into his account using the temp password given using his email address.
NOTE: This can be used to verify the account details and is an easy way for support to change a password for a client who is unable to use the 'Forgot Password' function.
