Harrogate’s European Tour star John Parry played the first official drive of the Swing Studios in front of a crowd of media, guests and dignitaries at the Centre based at Wike Ridge Golf Club.
The on-going story of revival at Leeds Golf Centre reached a landmark on Friday with the opening of a £200,000 high-tech golf swing studio, one of the most sophisticated in Europe.
The cutting-edge golf assessment studio is among the highest spec golf assessment facilities in the north of England, and includes an European first - the FlightScope TruSim golf simulator.
