Q&A with Brad Brewer

Brad Brewer, co-founder of the Arnold Palmer Golf Academies with the King of Golf himself, has made his mark in player development by providing executive golf education, team building and golf themed activities to golfers everywhere. A PGA Class-A Professional, Brad successfully competed on the Austral-Asian PGA Tour and Hogan/Nike Tours, and developed the training curriculum for high performance juniors at Saddlebrook Preparatory and Club Med. Brad was awarded the North Florida PGA Teacher of the Year and Junior Golf Leader of the Year, and was inducted as a Top 100 Teacher in America by Golf Magazine. He was also selected by The Golf Channel to produce and serve as an Adviser to their online instruction. As one of the original FlightScope Advisory Board members, Brad has valuable insight into the company's products and ways they have changed the game:

FS: When did you first start using FlightScope products? What model was it?
BB: My Academy was one of the pioneers with Flightscope. Henri and I go back to his earliest arrival in America and our studio was the demo center for the first technologies going back to 2005. We have beta tested every product since.   FS: What product(s) do you currently use and why?
BB: Our instructors are currently using X2, Xi, Focus Band and have sold Mevo to some students for their own personal training. FS: What is it about FlightScope technology, products, and the company in general that has made you a loyal user?
BB: The team is excellent to work with and we have become friends. They are excellent at listening to your ideas and needs. FS: What are your thoughts on the new FlightScope consumer model - FlightScope mevo - and how it might help grow and improve the game?  
BB: I believe the Mevo should be a development tool for any and all golfers desiring to practice with a purpose and challenge their growth of golfing skill sets. I am looking forward to growing my business and my clients’ success through the Mevo platform, allowing us to do distance learning accountability coaching with anyone, anywhere.   FS: What is your favorite golf course?
BB: Bay Hill Club in Orlando and Augusta National FS: What is your favorite club in your bag?  
BB: Driver FS: What other hobbies do you have outside of golf?
BB: I’m an artist. I paint with oils on canvas most of the time.   FS: Who is your favorite golfer of all time?
BB: Arnold Palmer...DUH!  He was my boss, mentor and friend of 30 years. FS: Are you a fan of any other sports? Who are your favorite teams?
BB: Vikings in Football FS: What accomplishment(s) are you most proud of?
