The FlightScope Academy is constantly improving and being expanded upon along with the tracking technology. The Professional level certification course consists of live demonstrations and interactive discussions around how to use FlightScope in golf instruction and club fitting. Other new features include best practices from industry leaders on how they utilize FlightScope technology.
FlightScope's latest academy was held at this year's PGA Fashion & Demo Experience. Stephen Aumock, was one of the key presenters, he is also an Advisory Board Member for FlightScope.
Stephen Aumock is the Director of Instruction at Gleneagles Country Club and the 2014 NTPGA Teacher of the Year. He trained under Hank Haney for 10 years where he was promoted from teaching assistant to Director of Instruction. He has earned the PGA’s highest designation, Master Instructor. Stephen is a TaylorMade Advisory Staff member and has taught golf in thirteen countries and in every major championship.
He has helped numerous professionals on the PGA and European PGA Tour, but enjoys teaching golfers of any level. He is AimPoint Certified TPI certified. Stephen has been featured on the cover of Golf Illustrated magazine four times. He is the author of - The Golf Swing - Six Steps To Your Best Swing.
